The plain-English version
You buy a gadget, we ship it, your pet judges it, and if the verdict is bad you have 60 days to return it. Below is the necessary legal scaffolding around that promise.
Orders & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. We may cancel and refund any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory problems — if we do, you'll hear from us with an explanation, not a form letter. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Shipping & risk of loss
Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises — see Shipping & Returns for current timelines. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost, contact us. If a delivered item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing something, notify us within 30 days of delivery and we'll provide a replacement or refund, including a prepaid return label when one is needed.
Returns
The 60-day Pet-Approved Guarantee is described in full on the Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these terms. The 30-day window for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items is separate from the longer satisfaction guarantee; after the issue-report window, standard return-postage terms apply.
Product use & safety
Follow the included instructions and supervise your pet with any new product, particularly toys and powered devices. Any product must be used humanely and in accordance with local law. Nothing we sell or publish is veterinary advice; when in doubt, ask your vet.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're a small shop that stands behind its products — the guarantee above is how we do it.
