Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email, phone, and shipping address — collected by Stripe during checkout and shared with us so we can ship your order. We never see or store your card number; payment details go directly to Stripe (see their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy).

When you subscribe: just your email address, used to send the newsletter you asked for. Unsubscribe links are in every email.

When you browse: standard server logs and privacy-focused performance measurements are kept briefly for security and reliability. Optional Google, Meta, or TikTok analytics load only if they are configured and you choose “Allow analytics.” Checkout works if you decline.

When you review a product: we store your rating, review text, chosen display name, and a private link to the completed order used to verify the purchase. We never publish your email, address, or order number.

What we do with it

Fulfill orders, send confirmations and tracking, provide order lookup, request verified reviews, recover an unfinished checkout, answer support email, and improve the store. Shipping details are shared with our fulfillment partners solely to deliver your order. That's the list.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't rent lists, and we don't keep payment credentials anywhere on our systems. Order receipts remain transactional; every review request and checkout reminder includes a preference link that stops those messages.

Your choices

Want your data deleted, exported, or corrected? Email info@petgadgetz.com and it's handled within 30 days. California and EU-style rights requests are honored for everyone, resident or not — it's simpler and fairer.
