Free U.S. shipping on orders over $59. Under that, it's a flat $4.95 — no games, no "calculated at checkout" surprises.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because we ship many products directly from our supplier partners' warehouses, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. You get a tracking number the moment your order ships, and the tracking link works the whole way.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. No international shipping yet — if you're outside the U.S. and want something, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

Pets don't read product pages. If your cat treats the fountain like furniture or your dog is offended by the puzzle, you're covered: return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — used, sniffed, batted around, doesn't matter.

1. Email info@petgadgetz.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work.
2. We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship it back (any carrier); your refund lands within 5 business days of arrival.

Return shipping is on you. If you report an item as damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing within 30 days of delivery, we cover the label and expedite a replacement or refund, your choice. No restocking fees, ever.
